Currently, Vesmi is an online-only brand. All orders are placed through our website: www.vesmi.in

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select locations.

8. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for most Indian pin codes with a small convenience fee.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

12. How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2–4 days, Other areas: 4–7 days. Custom jewellery may take longer.

13. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.

14. Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are sent to your registered email and phone number once the order is shipped.

15. What if I miss the delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us.

Returns & Refunds

16. What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

17. How do I return a product?
Email us at support@vesmi.in with your order ID and reason. We’ll schedule a reverse pickup if eligible.

18. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

19. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible for eligible products. Please mention your exchange preference in your email.

20. Are all products returnable?
Customized, engraved, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
