How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email support@vesmi.in with your order ID, reason, and product photo
Our team will arrange for reverse pickup
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange
Refund Method
Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
