Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return and exchange policy makes it easy.

Eligibility
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice must be included

Non-returnable Items
  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

How to Request a Return or Exchange
  1. Email support@vesmi.in with your order ID, reason, and product photo

  2. Our team will arrange for reverse pickup

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Method
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
